Introducing...The Blind Cook

A fellow foodie recently reached out to me on the interwebs. The Blind Cook is a fan of Fork For Thought and let me know. It was great to learn that people other than my family and close friends are discovering and enjoying my modest foray into food journalism. In turn, I checked out her blog and discovered an outstanding blog devoted to cooking. The Blind Cook clearly loves her art and finds ways to incorporate culture and history into her subjects on occasion. Her personal story is also inspiring.
